You’d be making a real difference to our customers' lives, and in some cases would be the only person the customer sees on a regular basis. Forming bonds with our customers, making them smile and laugh are key to the Bluebird Care service.
While many Care providers only pay for your contact time, we believe that you should be paid for your whole shift. Join our team and you can have a salaried contract (if available) giving you stability with a regular income! Or if you prefer flexibility then a variable contract might suit you. It is your choice YOU choose!

- Salaried Contracts between £14k - £29k per annum
- Hourly Contracts between £12.30 - £16 per hour + paid travel time at £11.44 per hour and £0.28p per mile!
