I work with an amazing team of care assistants who make me proud of them every day. The standard of care they give to all of our customers is second to none. I enjoy going to work every day. I have been working for Bluebird care for nearly 3 years now before I started with Bluebird Care I wasn't sure if I would like this kind of work but from day one when I first went for the interview and then onto training I was made feel so welcome and then the shadowing was amazing everybody was just so lovely I wish I had done it sooner I absolutely love my job everyday is different and the clients are lovely I love putting a smile on there faces and now have passed my mental health first aid.
