At 18, I am a full-time care worker. The school holidays are long gone, emotions are erratic, partying in town is rare, but I’ve never felt so worthwhile in all my years.

Being completely new to the care industry, I was really nervous to start the training. However the management and training team were fantastic and they quickly put my mind at ease. The skills assessment was not only really informative but also enjoyable, can’t wait to get started.

I have worked in care for 28 years. I have worked for different companies including nursing and care homes and I can honestly say this one is my best. To see the smile you put on someone’s face is just wonderful. I’m not going anywhere now until I retire. I’ve found my loyalty job.

My job is special, because I know that the care work we do is helping people to stay in their own homes. So glad I became part of the Bluebird Care family.
