Investing in your future
Our Bluebird Care Training Academy offers a variety of courses with some being fully CPD Accredited (Continual Professional Development).
Our training goes above and beyond industry-standards and we offer full and extensive 12-week training for everybody that is new to care. That coupled with regular refresher courses mean our care team are always up to date with the latest techniques and standards. In turn, this provides our team with the skills, ability and confidence to deliver care to the highest of standards.
Our range of training covers many specialist services such as Dementia Care and Acquired Brain Injury plus many others. We believe in training and equipping our staff with knowledge and a support system that enables them to attend further courses in order to progress their career.
Our training programme utilises internal and external resources as well as in person and digital courses.
