Refer a friend scheme - earn a £200 bonus

Here at Bluebird Care Northallerton, Thirsk and Catterick we are always looking to expand our wonderful team of care assistants.

Why? Because we are dedicated to providing the highest quality home care services across the Hambleton and Richmondshire districts of  North Yorkshire. To do that, we need excellent care assistants to ensure we can continue supporting those who need additional assistance to live their best life.

What is our Bluebird Care Refer a Friend Scheme?

The refer a friend scheme at Bluebird Care Northallerton, Thirsk and Catterick is where any of our existing care assistants can refer a friend to apply for one of our current vacancies. In return, the care assistant will receive a £200 bonus once their friend has passed their 12-week probationary period.

Your friend also receives a £100 Amazon voucher once they have passed their probationary period!

Your friend must mention your name on their application form!

Is there a limit to how many times I can refer a friend?

No! There isn’t a limit to how many times you can refer a friend at Bluebird Care Northallerton, Thirsk and Catterick.

(Simply, the more friends you refer = the more potential for a £200 bonus each time!)

Does my friend need experience in care to apply for Bluebird Care Northallerton, Thirsk and Catterick?

Not at all! At Bluebird Care Northallerton, Thirsk and Catterick we are looking for people who are caring, compassionate and are eager and willing to learn. No experience is necessary as all of our care assistants receive full training to achieve the Care Certificate.

Additionally, if you were looking to gain further qualifications, all of our care assistants have the opportunity to achieve a fully funded NVQ Level 2 and Level 3 Health and Social Care once they have passed their probation. 

How do I refer a friend to Bluebird Care Northallerton, Thirsk and Catterick?

Referring a friend to join our care team couldn't be easier.

  1.  Have a conversation with them, whether face to face, online or on the phone
  2. Share the link to our care assistant vacancies on your social media, or via a text message
  3. Tell them to get in touch with the office for more information on 01845 440271

What if my friend doesn’t drive or have access to a car. Can they still apply to be a care assistant?

It is preferable that our home care assistants can drive due to some of the rural locations that we cover. However, if you have a friend who doesn’t drive who is interested in being a domiciliary care assistant we do have part-time walking routes available in either Thirsk and Northallerton.

We also have a number of electric bikes available for our non-driving care assistants across Easingwold, Northallerton and Thirsk
