“Halloween cupcake delivered from work! I literally cannot express how much I love my job (not just for the cupcakes). 2 years ago I was unhappy and undervalued in retail. Since joining Bluebird Care I have realised where I belong. Bluebird have literally made my life so much better. I enjoy getting up and going to work every single day! Ok maybe after my morning coffee. They support me in every single way I could imagine. They are all such a lovely bunch of people and I couldn’t think of anyone else I would rather work for. There is so much terrible stigma attached to care. I was debating whether to do it or not for a whole year! What a waste of my life that year was!"

"Visiting my customers every morning is the highlight of my day! We laugh together, cry together and I help them to become the best version of themselves that they can be.It truly is the most rewarding and heart warming job. Yes there are sad times too but there is a rainbow to every storm."
