I really do love to see others do well and how we all get that buzz out of helping others and each other. Our job isn't the easiest at all but I love to see confidence build in our new carers and watch how they grow. It's such a lovely thing to see them experience the feeling that I get about my job. It really is lovely.

Grace - Care Assistant
I have worked for Bluebird Care for nearly four years now and I wouldn’t work anywhere else! Best decision I have made. Would recommend to anyone wanting to work in care.
Lauren - Care Coordinator
I like working for Bluebird Care because of the close support network. I know that my line manager Jules is a phone call away and she can come out to the customer if needed. It's very important that she is local.
