Meet our team of care professionals

Vicki Cole​
Registered Care Manager

Vicki has worked in care for 7 years and joined Bluebird Care in 2016 as care-co-ordinator, before being promoted to Registered Manager in 2018. Vicki is currently completing her Level 5 Apprenticeship in Health and Social Care.

Jules Tatham​
Training, Recruitment and Live-in Care Manager

Jules has worked in nursing and health care for over 10 years. She joined Bluebird Care when the company started in December 2014, working her way up the ladder from carer, to supervisor and then to her current role. Jules has Level 3 NVQ and Train the Trainer qualifications in Medication Management, Moving and Handing and first aid. 

Kirsten Irvine
Care co-ordinator 

Kirsten has worked in care for 12 years – and has experience within Special clinical care, Learning Disabilities as well as domiciliary care. Kirsten is currently completing her Level 5 Apprenticeship in Health and Social Care.

Lauren Smith
Field Care Supervisor

Lauren is the newest member of our management team. Lauren joined Bluebird care in 2017 and was a carer with us prior to her promotion to Field Care Supervisor in 2018. Lauren is currently completing her Level 3 Apprenticeship in Health and Social Care.
