Lauren started her career with Bluebird Care in 2017 as a care assistant. After 18 months she progressed and gained a promotion to Field Care Supervisor for Bedale, Catterick and Richmond, in 2018. For Lauren, building close relationships with our care assistants and enabling customers to remain at home for as long as possible is the most rewarding part of her role. Lauren always knew that she wanted to work in the care industry and support the elderly and vulnerable since caring for relatives when she was younger. Lauren has completed her Level 3 Apprenticeship in Health and Social Care and Level 2 Certificate in Awareness of Mental Health.  Lauren is extremely family orientated and loves walking and cleaning after her two dogs in her spare time; Summer and Buzz.

Sean and Heather Price

Graduates of Cambridge and Manchester Universities respectively, Sean and Heather set up their company in 2013 after decades of senior management experience in the public sector. They chose the care sector in order to focus upon making a positive difference to people’s lives in the local community.

When not in the office, both enjoy spending time with family, and also watching and taking part in various sports. In 2018, Heather completed the London Marathon raising over £2,500 for the Institute for Cancer Research in London.

Luke’s career in care started nearly 10 years ago, and since December 2019 he has been our Field Care Supervisor for Easingwold, Northallerton, Stokesley and Thirsk areas. By conducting regular assessments and reviews, Luke makes sure that our customers and their families receive the best level of care and support possible. Luke has completed his Level 3 NVQ in Health and Social Care on a fast-track scheme. Outside of work Luke is active in the community as a club scout leader and enjoys walking his dog.
