A valued team member?

I just wanted to say how well I think new Carer L is doing. I met customer E for the first time tonight with Carer L, she already has such a good rapport with her and E’s face lit up a few times during the visit and had a real twinkle in her eyes because of how Carer L was interacting with her, she put 100%25 effort in, I honestly think she really cheered E up.

I feel like part of the Bluebird Care family and have amazing support. Whenever I have needed anything the management have done everything they can to help me.

I loved working with Georgia, our new carer! She was lovely, bubbly and a breath of fresh air. Georgia was so keen and full of enthusiasm too!

Thank you to all the team who have been supportive with covering calls and the office move! Looking forward to welcoming you to the new office from Monday!

It was lovely working with Carer C this morning, she was very conscientious with the customers and their families. She supported the husband of our customer who is feeling unwell at the moment. She was so caring!

I thought it was worth mentioning the kindness Abbie showed to our customer and his wife. They were due to come back from their night out quite late and Abbie offered to go back to to help with the bed routine. I thought it was really kind.

I must thank Katy for her dedication this weekend. She had a few difficult moments but handled them professionally and came out smiling. Katy was an absolute star!

I really enjoy working with Carer S. She was quite shy when she started but has really come out of her shell and is lovely to work with.

I have been working for Bluebird Care now for just over 12 months. Having never done care work before and hearing some of the problems my friends had had with other companies I was apprehensive but I am over the moon I had Bluebird to work for in my 1st caring role. They have made me feel so appreciated and part of a great team and there is always someone to give me advice and support when I need it. Can honestly say I love working for Bluebird and in my new caring role the job satisfaction really is second to none!

Working for Bluebird Care is one of the most rewarding jobs you can have! So much support and communication from the office team and also the team members I work with. All the clients love to see us but seeing them also brightens my day!

I wanted to message to say thank you for my birthday card. I don't think you get how much I appreciated it, having worked at a school for over 15 years and not once received a card or any form of humanity when it comes to any form of occasion, returning home to a card from you guys really meant something. So thank you.

I have worked in care before but Bluebird Care is a great place to work , loads of support and a very friendly team!

Bluebird Care Cheshire West and Flintshire are the best company I have ever worked for . . . truly! I have never felt so valued, I truly LOVE my work!

Travelling between customers isn't my favourite but I love the customers, so it makes up for it. Bluebird Care have really looked after me, all my requests are considered. Even throughout COVID I have felt fully supported. Bluebird Care is a nice place to work, with lovely customers and staff.

The support and understanding they have given to me throughout has been outstanding and I feel very lucky to work for them. I feel blessed to work with a kind, caring, supportive and understanding team. I would highly recommend anyone who is thinking of joining the team.

Bluebird Care have kept me safe delivering care throughout the pandemic with the support and supply of PPE. The lateral flow tests have helped reassure me and kept my clients safe from COVID. I was grateful of the vaccines and the information given was clear.

Even though I don’t visit the office often, I still feel valued as I have contact when needed and there is always a friendly atmosphere when I do come in.
