What we look for

We cover a wide range of care from one off daily visits, companionship and support, palliative and end of life to full time live-in care, so we look to recruit people who have different experiences in life so we can build a diverse workforce to provide the best care for our customers.

The most crucial requirement is that you have a kind heart and want to make a real difference to our customers and their families, by giving peace of mind through the delivery of outstanding and person centre care. In the ideal candidate, we look for them to be self-motivated, well-organized and able to work both independently and as part of a team. Also proven experience in care, in either a paid or voluntary capacity, is desirable but not essential all of the time.
