Jeanette's Story (Care Manager):

'In 2018, I became part of the Bluebird Care team, stepping in as a care supervisor with five years of prior experience in domiciliary care. This role enabled me to immerse myself in field visits with customers while efficiently managing office duties. I transitioned into roles of lead care supervisor and assistant manager. By 2021, I embraced the chance to take on the role of care manager for our latest branch in Ringwood. I am lucky enough to genuinely enjoy my work, and the experience is enriched when collaborating with like-minded individuals who share my values of providing great quality care.'.

Grace's Story (From Overseas to Team Leader at Bluebird Care) - 

In September 2022, I joined Bluebird Care New Forest as a Care Assistant after relocating from Zimbabwe. I had substantial experience in the health and social care field, having worked across residential homes in Zimbabwe for over 13 years. My decision to move to the UK was driven by the desire for fresh opportunities. I quickly integrated into the team, and, by June 2023, I applied for an internal opportunity & was successful in my application for Team Leader.
