Based in our Paisley office, this is a pivotal role with responsibility for the effective provision of service delivery. We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience: Full UK driving licence & access to vehicle Previous experience as a coordinator in a home care environment Has obtained SVQ Level 3 in Adult Health and Social Care Ability to demonstrate a good working knowledge of care standards in domiciliary care Able to work under pressure and work to tight deadlines A good working knowledge of health & safety issues Resilient, with good interpersonal skills Must be flexible and able to work weekends Logical, analytical, highly organised, forward thinking with attention to detail. You will also be required to participate in the 'out of hours' rota. An additional allowance will be payable to cover this. You will be working in a busy office with an amazing team who are all very supportive and friendly. As the leading Home Care provider, we take pride in our work - and we’re looking for a caring and dedicated Care Assistant to join our School Hours Care Expert Team and help us set the standard. We are seeking a caring individual to join our 9.00am-2.30pm team. This sought-after position was designed for those who can offer a lot to care, but traditional hours such as early mornings, evenings and weekend work would not be best suited to their family life. Our '9 - 2.30' rounds mainly support our customers who do not require full-time care, but rather those who might need one or two visits a week to help with personal care, household chores, or their weekly food shop. The role is varied, and you will visit a range of people who need just a little support to remain independent. A willingness to travel across our area to provide care is essential. Responsibilities As a Care Assistant , your key responsibilities will include: Provide high-quality care tailored to each person’s individual needs Assist with personal care (e.g. bathing, dressing, grooming) Help with meal prepping, preparation and nutrition Support with medication, prescriptions and safe disposal Carry out light housework like tidying, laundry and general cleaning Be a dependable friendly, familiar face for all the customers you care for Benefits £12.21 per hour School Hours (9.00am-2.30pm / Monday to Friday) Full induction and ongoing expert training Flexible shift patterns Uniform and PPE provided Regular support and ongoing career development Friendly, inclusive team with 24/7 support Health benefits package, with free physio, chiropractor, massage, and much more!
