Office Administrator and Events Coordinator
Reports to: Registered Manager

The Office Administrator and Events Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the office, while planning, organising, and executing internal and external events. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, building effective internal and external relationships.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Plan, organise, and execute networking events, and team-building activities.
- Handle all event logistics such as venue booking, catering, any audio-visual setup, and guest communications.
- Maintain accurate records and work within budgets for office and event expenses.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding events and office matters.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during events and in the office environment.
- Work in conjunction with the senior management team to schedule customer and staff forums.
- Work in conjunction with the Training Manger to schedule family and advocate information session workshops.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in office administration and event coordination.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of budgeting and financial tracking for events.
Working Conditions
This is a full-time position based within the office, with a requirement for evening or weekend work for events.
Where evening work is required, time will be allocated accordingly elsewhere.
Where a weekend or part of is worked, Time off will be allocated in the week leading up to this.
The role may involve lifting light equipment and traveling to event venues as needed.
