Meet our team of care professionals

Maurice Logie
Managing Director

Maurice has spent many years working in Insurance, specifically as an Insurance Broker with a specialisation in the Franchise Sector.

This is how he came across Bluebird Care who won the prestigious “Franchisor of the Year” award last year and who have an outstanding reputation with the British Franchise Association

I had researched several franchise ideas but Home Care in general and Bluebird Care in particular stood out as a great opportunity. Having now met the office staff and many of the Carers I am even more convinced of this. I hope that I can apply my years of business experience to make a great Company even better

Dorothy McKeon
Registered Manager

I commenced the position of Registered Manager in Bluebird Care (South Lanarkshire) at the beginning of April.
I have worked in the Care Sector since 1987 managing in a wide variety of services including Learning Disabilities, Autism, Homeless Services, Addiction Services, Home Care and Childcare Services.

I am driven by a deep passion to ensure people are supported and enabled to live their lives in line with their personal desires and goals and I constantly strive to promote empowerment and personal choice.

I have personally visited most of our customers here in South Lanarkshire and the level of positive feedback about the quality of care and support has been amazing and I am really excited to be part of Bluebird Care’s ethos of exceptionally high standards of care provision.

Andrew Scott
Coordinator

Andrew's background is in IT, he then moved on to spend 6 years in Indonesia where he coordinated curriculum development with the International Baccalaureate Organization whilst also networking and fundraising for orphanages. Upon returning to Scotland in 2009 he has continued to develop his career, moving to Bluebird Care in 2014.

Care Supervisor

Jilly joined Bluebird Care August 2017. She is passionate about care and is focussed on ensuring all our staff deliver the highest quality of service at all times.
