I really enjoy my role at Bluebird Care, I have been here for nearly 5 years and I love the work that I do. I get to meet lots of different people and I really enjoy the chats we have. I love to see the journeys of our staff, from meeting them at the first Interview to the induction training and all the way through to when they start work. Bluebird Care is a supportive employer and we give our care assistants all the help and guidance they need to make the journey as smooth as possible. It's a great place to work!!

Since starting at Bluebird Care I’ve really been able to express myself and learn new skills, getting to build relationships with all the staff and clients that I work with is the best part of my job. Making  friends whilst being at work is something that doesn’t always happen, but everyone here is welcoming and I Can’t wait to see what the future holds for Bluebird Care.
