Lisa Rheinberg
Care Manager

My name is Lisa Rheinberg and I am the Care Manager at the Reigate Branch. I started my Bluebird Care career as a CSS (Care Service Specialist).  I supervise carers and manage customers’ care plans.  I really enjoy getting out and meeting customers as they have often led such interesting lives and unique situations.  I also love providing support for our carers, who I think do an amazing job every day.  I chose to work at Bluebird Care because they provide better training and pay for carers than most companies in this industry, and I am proud to represent an organisation that offers such quality care to its customers.  I feel passionate about helping customers stay in their own homes for as long as possible, and about giving their families a much-needed break from caring.  I used to work in Hackney as a community advocate for family carers so I know how important good, reliable care can make a real difference.

Sally Davies
Regional Care Compliance Manager

I am the Regional Care Compliance Manager for Bluebird Care Mid-South. I work with all five branches, which include; Chichester, Epsom and Kingston, Sutton, Reigate, Sussex Weald and live-in. I started my Bluebird career back in 2015 as a care assistant and have worked through job promotions to my latest promotion in 2023, as Regional Care Compliance Manager. My role is to uphold policies and procedures across all branches, working closely with both office staff, carers and clients to ensure we maintain our high quality of care. My role ensures we continue to improve our CQC score with the aim to move from Good to Outstanding. 

Lisa Phillips
Deputy Care Manager - Care Service Specialist

I have worked for Bluebird Care for eight years, I began my journey here as a coordinator and was promoted to deputy manager. I’m passionate about person centred care and the health and wellbeing of our customers.

Previous to working in Bluebird Care I have worked in care for 20 years in a number of nursing and residential settings since leaving school. I looked after a family member when I was 18 who was suffering with dementia. From that point on I knew, I wanted to have a career in care and to support other people who live with dementia and other types of illnesses.  

My role is the Deputy Care Manager for the Reigate branch.

Isobel Ware
Care Coordinator - Live-in (Mid-South)

I joined the live-in care team (based in Chichester) at Bluebird Care in June 2021. I previously studied Psychology, Sociology and Business A level at College whilst working as a waitress at a Cafe. I enjoy providing customers with continuity of care with the most suited live-in carer, which is important to ensure they feel secure. As well as this, I like to engage with the carers on a daily basis because this builds valuable and trusting relationships. The reason I like working in care is because it is very rewarding providing a service to support vulnerable customers in staying safe and comfortable within their own home.
