John has a degree in Business Management and has many years' experience as a Senior Director and in Management roles providing high quality services to demanding clients

Benn Garrick
Office Administrator

My name is Benn and I am the Administrator for Bluebird Care Harrogate.

Prior to Bluebird Care I had worked within the NHS for 3 Years (2 in a Medical Equipment Library, 1 in the Ambulance Service), this is following from many years of volunteering in Theatre Productions, Teaching Assistance in Primary Schools and Teaching English to non-native speakers in the community. In addition, I have taught myself to play a variety of musical instruments to varying degrees (aiding in the completion of  Creative Music Technology Degree) and taken courses in Blind/Deaf Awareness resulting in competency for British Sign Language Level 1.

Paula Binns
Care Supervisor

My name is Paula and I joined Bluebird Care as Care Supervisor  in 2018 after working for over 12 years in a hospital setting, I felt that I needed the change but still wanted to remain within the care industry.

I really enjoy my role as I am often out and about in the community meeting our lovely cutomers and ensuring that they always receive the higest quality of Care.

In my spare time I am passionate about riding my Lambrettas and as well as attending national rallies.

Victoria Webber

Victoria has a BA Honours degree in Business Management and a Background in Customer service. She has a Passion for high quality service and has achieved her Level 5 Diploma in Management of Health and Social Care. Due to her passion and drive to deliver High Quality care and innovation, Victoria was recently named a finalist for the Young Franchisee of the year award at the 2017 national BFA Awards and continues to work towards building a exceptional company delivery exceptional service.

Yvonne worked in the child care industry for many years, including running after school activity classes. She is passionate about providing accessible good quality care to vulnerable groups.

Debbie Ferguson
Registered Nurse

Debbie Joined Bluebird Care in March 2017, her professionalism and expertise, complemented with her gentle nature and compassion really fits in with the Bluebird Care ethsos. With a background in the Military and years of experience in Nursing, Debbie uses her skills to enable the team to deliver high quality complex care to people in their own homes. Debbie delivers comprehensive training to the care staff and reasures our customers that they are in safe hands.
