Anoop holds a BSc in Business Information Technology. She has worked with the Youth Service for the London Borough of Tower Hamlets for 6 years as a HR manager.

Her background in working with young people, including those with significant care needs, has inspired her to work with people with a wide range of care needs and to open Bluebird Care (Greenwich) in March 2012. She is committed to ensuring that she provides a high quality service to the individuals she works with and that the exacting standards of Bluebird Care, UKHCA and CQC are satisfied in full.

Siham Akka
Registered Care Manager

Bluebird Care is more than a company to me. It is more than a job. It is my life and my passion! I started out as a coordinator and worked my way up to becoming a manager, and it’s been a real journey full of so many emotions good and bad, but every day I fall more in love with what I do.
I pride myself on providing the best possible service we as a team can carry out, and the proof is in the pudding! Myself and my team have won 4 awards which reflects this. We have been awarded the Bluebird Care Spirit Award twice, once in 2018 and again in 2022. In 2020 we won the Royal Borough of Greenwich Workforce Development award and in 2022 I won the Home Care Registered Manager of the Year Award. Caring for people isn’t an errand that you just run, my heart is in this! The team I work with make this “job” so worthwhile. Such kind-hearted, hard working people who share the same values as I do. Bluebird Care really is my family!

Isil Williams
Care Assistant

I have been working at Bluebird care for almost one year now.  I chose the care sector because I was unemployed for so long as I was caring for my children, I decided I wanted to a job that that I could do around my family life. I was caring for my family at home for so long, I wanted to carry on what I was good at as a job.

I love working at Bluebird Care because the team are so supportive and the job is flexible around my other family commitments. I chose home care in particular because I thought I would be good at it and enjoy it because it was what I had been used to for such a long time.

The staff at Bluebird Care are so welcoming and always support me and each other. Since being part of the team, I have gained so much confidence and there are so many opportunities to progress within the job.

I've always said from day one that I cannot believe this is an actual job, I love it I believe it’s the best job in the world!  I feel driven because I have a made a difference in people's lives and supported them in their own homes, where they feel the most comfortable.  My neighbour inspired me to become a carer because she was an elderly lady who was housebound, as she didn’t have any carers supporting her, she struggled to carry out daily tasks, me and another neighbour were her only support. She would've benefitted from having carers and would've loved it too. From there, I realised that I wanted to make a difference to people's lives and support people that were in similar positions to my neighbour.

Holly Davis
Care Coordinator

Holly joined Bluebird Care in May 2021 on a part time basis while she studied at University. This was Holly’s first role in Care where she quickly developed and became an amazing Care Assistant, going above and beyond and always paying attention to detail.

In March our Registered Care Manager Siham gifted Holly a laptop to support her with her studies as a big thank you for how hard working she had been, despite her being in full time education and reaching the end of her final year.

After all of Holly’s hard work, we are so proud to see what she has achieved!

Holly will now be joining the office team as a full time Office Administrator and we are so excited to see her develop even more!

Holly Davis
Care Coordinator

I joined Bluebird Care Greenwich as a Care Assistant back in 2021, and I now work in the office as a Care Coordinator, and have been since early this year. I love working in care as it feels so rewarding to make a difference and care for our customers, I also have really enjoyed learning the office side of the care industry and not only supporting customers, but our carers too.

Yussra Darhmaoui
Administrator/ Coordinator

I joined Bluebird Care in January 2023 as the Greenwich Office Administrator, and it’s my first job in the Care industry.  What I like most in my job is the team I’m working with; everyone is very supportive, and they made me feel like I’ve worked here for years. I also love the fact that we support vulnerable people to live their lives with dignity and provide them with all sorts of care in the comfort of their houses. Working with Bluebird Care made me realise that this is the right industry for me, and I am looking forward to improving my skills and gaining more experience in the field.
