I started my career with Bluebird Care in 2018 as a Care Coordinator for the Sutton branch. I was a coordinator for three years which I thoroughly enjoyed, ensuring the carer and clients rotas were up to date and supporting their every need. I then left Bluebird Care to try something new and realised shortly after starting, that the new role wasn’t for me. This led me to apply for the Recruitment position at Bluebird Care and after being successful in my interview, I can happily say, I would never look back. Since then I have been promoted to Recruitment Manager. I strongly beleive in all of Bluebird care values, my favourite is Sharing, Honesty and Trust. I believe I have found the exact job role for me, and Bluebird Care is a great place to work. It is a happy, kind, and friendly environment with a great support system. I enjoy working with my colleagues and as a team to ensure we are recruiting the best quality candidates for our customers.

Hi, I am Koral and the Care Service Specialist here in Chichester. I joined the team in early 2023 and so far enjoying learning new ways of working, meeting the clients, carers and working with the team in the office. I decided to join the Bluebird Care team after an old colleague had mentioned the core values and great work ethics that Bluebird Care has. Not only are the clients recieving the highest level of care but the management team also care about all staff members and truly apprecaite all the work the team do. 

Loredana is the Live-in Care Service Specialst for Chichester and joined our team in 2023. 

I am Katie and my job is a recruiter for Bluebird Care. I recruit Live-in Carers.I enjoy recruiting for many reasons. The first reason is that I love the feeling of being able to give a job to people who have a passion for caring. I also get to meet and interact with different people every day which is lovely. There is no better feeling than meeting a candidate, taking them through the whole process and watching them grow into a great carer for Bluebird Care. I felt instantly welcomed and comfortable when I joined the team and I knew that this was the company for me.

I am Lauren and I am the Marketing Manager for all our branches across Epsom and Kingston, Reigate, Sutton, Chichester and Sussex Weald. Before joining Bluebird Care I have worked in marketing role across the entertainment and automobile industry, but most recently have taken time away to raise my two children. 

I joined Bluebird Care in early 2023 and I am passionate in each individual customer receiving the best quality care. The team here at Bluebird Care show compassion, empathy and treat our customers as their own family members and I am proud to be apart of the team at Bluebird Care.

I am the Regional Care Compliance Manager for Bluebird Care Mid-South. I work with all five branches, which include; Chichester, Epsom and Kingston, Sutton, Reigate, Sussex Weald and live-in. I started my Bluebird career back in 2015 as a care assistant and have worked through job promotions to my latest promotion in 2023, as Regional Care Compliance Manager. My role is to uphold policies and procedures across all branches, working closely with both office staff, carers and clients to ensure we maintain our high quality of care. My role ensures we continue to improve our CQC score with the aim to move from Good to Outstanding.
