Meet the team

Hi, I am Koral and the Care Service Specialist here in Chichester. I joined the team in early 2023 and so far enjoying learning new ways of working, meeting the clients, carers and working with the team in the office. I decided to join the Bluebird Care team after an old colleague had mentioned the core values and great work ethics that Bluebird Care has. Not only are the clients recieving the highest level of care but the management team also care about all staff members and truly apprecaite all the work the team do. 

I have recently taken over the scheduling position after joining Bluebird Care in January 2023 as a Care assistant.
Before joining Bluebird, I worked in various managerial hospitality roles so have always had jobs that were customer facing
As soon as I joined Bluebird, I knew that I wanted to pursue my career in care. I love helping people and feeling like I’m making a difference, the job is very rewarding.
I also love working with such a supportive and hardworking team.

Hello, my name is Nicola. I am the Recruitment Manager for Bluebird Care for all our branches in the Mid-South.

I started in a residential care home 10 years ago, have worked in various roles within residential and domiciliary care. I have a passion for providing the highest level of care, so being able to recruit care staff that can provide the same feels me with great pride.

Hello, my name is Rosie. I joined Bluebird Care in February 2022.

I started as a Care Assistant in Sutton, Epsom & Kingston. I joined the Recruitment team in 2023, recruiting for the Chichester branch.

I am the Regional Care Compliance Manager for Bluebird Care Mid-South. I work with all five branches, which include; Chichester, Epsom and Kingston, Sutton, Reigate, Sussex Weald and live-in. I started my Bluebird career back in 2015 as a care assistant and have worked through job promotions to my latest promotion in 2023, as Regional Care Compliance Manager. My role is to uphold policies and procedures across all branches, working closely with both office staff, carers and clients to ensure we maintain our high quality of care. My role ensures we continue to improve our CQC score with the aim to move from Good to Outstanding. 

I am the Digital Marketing Lead for all our branches across Chichester, Epsom & Kingston, Reigate, Sussex Weald and Sutton. Before joining Bluebird Care I had previously worked in the fitness industry as a Digital Marketing Executive. 

I joined Bluebird Care in 2023 because I wanted to be part of an organisation that played an important role in the community. Bluebird Care makes a significant contribution to the lives of others and it is full of people that have an innate passion for care. It is a rewarding industry to work within and I am loving getting to know the teams and customers across the Mid-South. 

Before I joined Bluebird Care in May 2020 I had spent many years working in as an accounts and customer service advisor for a printers. Whilst I joined without experience in the industry, I had gained a lot of care experience looking after my terminally ill husband. Full training is also given to all new recruits, so I was taught all the professional skills I needed before caring for our customers. 

When I originally joined Bluebird Care I was a Care Assistant. I enjoyed being out on the road caring for my customers, I found this so rewarding.

After some experience working out in the field, I was promoted to Care Service Specialist in 2021. I enjoy my present role as I still spend time with new and existing customers. 

Home care as is so rewarding and I feel that I can make a difference peoples lives.  No two days are the same.

I am a Scheduler based in the Chichester office. I joined Bluebird Care in September 2018 as a Care Assistant. Prior to Bluebird Care, I worked in a Residential hotel; I had a little experience but not much. Luckily Bluebird Care give you all the training you need before you start.

I love the fact that I work within a team with very talented and lovely people who are all very supportive. I enjoy the hard work and the deadlines as I feel it makes you gain your confidence quicker.

This is a very rewarding job; every day is different so it’s definitely a job that keeps you on your toes.

I am Sandra and I joined Bluebird Care in November 2021 having worked in care for over 6 years. My role is to implement the strategic vision of the franchise owners, Paul and Kate Barry. I work closely with the teams based across the mid-south to continue to grow the business in capacity and quality. 

We are Paul and Kate Barry - the Franchise Owners. We have been Directors for almost 10 years. Between us both we lead the company's strategic vision and continually develop our CQC compliance.
