George Morris
Director and Owner

George owns and runs the Camden & Hampstead office. He brings not only relevant experience but also an honest and professional approach to the business.

He recognises that there has been a large increase in the demand for quality and reliable care and believes that care at home is a real and often better alternative to residential homes. George lives in the heart of the Borough of Camden and has a passion, along with his team, to provide the community with the highest level of care.

George has over 10 years management experience along with various qualification, including a BA (Hons) in Marketing.

His mother has worked in the care industry for the last 20 years.

I have always wanted to run my own business. Taking inspiration from mum and the knowledge I have gained of the market over the years, I am now extremely happy to be working with such a great and growing care team and running a business in this exciting and important market.

Nomsa Mudenda
Care Manager

Nomsa has worked in the social care industry for 13 years across residential and domiciliary care services. She started out her career as a volunteer in a day centre for adults with learning disabilities in 2005, a passion to support people to live a fulfilling life was born. Nomsa obtained her Leadership and Management in Care Services qualification in 2011 and she also has 6 years experience in business development & management within the health & wellness industry. We are lucky to have Nomsa and her experience and knowledge to help lead our team. 

I work in care management because I am passionate about meeting needs, solving problems and ensuring the wellness of our customers and my entire team. I want the people I work with to feel valued, supported and looked after professionally, physically and emotionally. I relish being able to meet individuals at their point of need and be a part of the solution to issues they are facing. I also have a great passion for care quality and ensuring that a high standard is delivered.

Nadia El Horch
Care Coordination Manager

Nadia has started her career in health care when she was 18 years old in her home town in Denmark. At the moment, she is doing an excellent job as a Care Coordinator as she makes sure both out customers and carers meet their needs.

Nadia says,

Joining Bluebird Care has exceeded all of my expectations. I am proud to be part of a team that goes above and beyond to provide the best care possible. As a care coordinator I enjoy interacting with all of our customers and care workers making sure they receive the personalised support they need.

Geraldine Chesterman
Customer Care Supervisor

Geraldine started working at Bluebird Care Camden & Hampstead in November 2022. She brings a deep understanding of the care industry having spent her previous 12 years working across residential & domiciliary care. Geraldine is particularly passionate about end-of-life care and supporting people who are living with dementia. She likes baking, reading thriller novels and spending time with her dog, Beau. 

I love working for an outstanding company. I really enjoy being challenged whilst focusing on making sure all customers that I support have the best possible care and guidance.

Jasmine Seferi
Live-In Care Coordinator

Jasmine joined Bluebird Care in 2020 as a care assistant after caring for family members for a number of years. Jasmine is passionate about making sure people's voices are heard and she always goes the extra mile. She joined the office team in August 2022 and is responsible for our live-in care team and all our live-in care customers.  She understands that customer service is extremely valuable and things tend to run more smoothly when everyone is satisfied. Jasmine enjoys performing arts, spending time in nature and is a big animal lover.

Since joining Bluebird it has only enhanced my love for the field of care. My confidence has continued to grow and I am very excited to be a part of the team.

Aleksandra Wochowska
Carer Supervisor

Aleksandra started at Bluebird Care Camden & Hampstead in March 2018 as a care assistant before joining the supervisor team in July 2022. 

Since working at Bluebird Care, Aleksandra has completed her Level 2 Health and Social Care apprenticeship and is now working on her Level 3 Health and Social care. 

Aleksandra volunteers at the Royal Free Hospital in her spare time. She loves watching films and travelling with her family.

Before joining Bluebird Care I was a private carer, I am also a qualified dental nurse from Poland. I have a passion for caring for people and I am privileged to be working with a team that devotes their time and energy to supporting their staff and customers.

Aka Obasi
Training Manager

With over 17 years’ experience as a carer, trainer, assessor and internal quality assurer for Health and Social Care, Aka's role in Bluebird Care Camden & Hampstead is to ensure that our staff are trained and qualified in all areas of the job that they do. She uses her experiences and knowledge whilst working with other local health and social care professionals to ensure our team have the confidence and competence required to complete all tasks in a safe and person-centred way.

As part of a team of people who embrace change and quality, it’s a joy to make a positive impact on people’s lives. I love working in a friendly, caring team who support one another as it means the customers we care for, get the best service possible from the whole team. As a safeguarding champion, I am passionate about people receiving good quality care that meets their needs and wishes in a dignified and safe manner.

Gemma Summers
Recruitment Coordinator

Gemma joined the team in April 2022. Having worked in the care industry as a carer for 10 years and previously in administration and HR she wanted to use her knowledge, experience and skill set to help recruit people that are the correct fit for our customers in order to provide the best possible service. Gemma lives locally and enjoys spending time with her family when she is not at work.

I enjoy speaking to the wide array of people that apply to work for us at Bluebird Care Camden & Hampstead. It is really satisfying to see the team grow and develop.

Kesha Ankadawala
Finance and Accounts Manager

Kesha joined Bluebird care in January 2023 to start a new chapter in her professional life. Kesha has very relevant experience having worked in social care for 5 years as a care assistant then she went on to work as a Bookkeeper and also in Administration for different companies in London. Her background is also in Tutoring Maths and English for primary school children.

I joined Bluebird Care Camden & Hampstead to expand my knowledge of finance, accounting and bookkeeping practices and principles. It is great that I can combine my experiences and knowledge of care and finance and be passionate about ensuring success with attention to detail and contributing to providing a great service that supports people in our community.
