Available shifts include: 9.30am–2.30pm, Monday to Friday – ideal for working during school hours. 8am–12pm – a shorter morning shift to fit around the rest of your day. 8am–2pm – a longer daytime shift for those looking for additional hours. 4pm to 10pm Weekends With a range of daytime options available, you could earn extra income, use your time productively and finish your shift knowing you've made a real difference. As a Care Assistant, you'll support people to live safely, comfortably and independently in their own homes. Your day may include: Providing friendly companionship and a listening ear Helping with personal care while maintaining dignity and respect Preparing meals and encouraging healthy eating and hydration Supporting people with their daily routines and medication, following their care plans and training Helping with light household tasks Offering reassurance and helping customers feel confident and independent Every visit is an opportunity to make someone feel cared for, valued and less alone. What we're looking for: You don't need previous care experience. We're looking for people who are: Kind, patient and compassionate Reliable, responsible and trustworthy Good at communicating and building relationships Confident working independently and following guidance Keen to learn and make a positive difference A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential , as you'll travel between customers' homes.
