Verity Is our Care Coordinator
Verity First joined Bluebird Care Wellingborough as a carer in 2018.
Verity's main responsibility is the rota. This includes working with carer availabilities to ensure the coninuity of care for all customers. She works with our customers, their families, carers and management team to ensure all needs are met for each individual. Verity is always looking for a way to make things smoother for both customers and staff members, and her ability to jump into the different shoes she wears is second to none.
Verity manages our online pressence, including our website, all social media platforms and review pages. This includes responding to queries & applications, requesting feedback, and setting up campaigns for recruitment. Verity also works with the Regional Marketing Manager who together, manage our Marketing strategies.
Verity is also currently undertaking her NVQ 3.
Verity is a member of our on-call emergency team, providing around-the-clock support to our carers and customers, out of office hours.
