Mel
Care Manager

Having worked in roles from Care Assistant to NVQ Assessor and over 15 years experience in healthcare, Mel brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the Bluebird Care Tonbridge and Tunbridge Wells team.

Mel's childhood dream was to become a nurse however after starting a family, she made the decision to pursue a career in healthcare as a carer and has never looked back.

She firmly believes in career development and has a number of qualifications including an NVQ 2 & 3 in Health & Social Care along with NVQ Assessor and QA awards.

Mel chose to join the Bluebird Care Tonbridge and Tunbridge Wells team because of our excellent reputation and is passionate about delivering premium quality homecare services throughout the local area.

In her spare time, Mel fills her hours playing mum to two wonderful children!

Chanel
Care Supervisor

Chanel has worked in care for a number of years in different Care settings. She loves chatting to all the customers getting to know their needs and making it possible, so they get the best care suited to their needs.

In her spare time Chanel loves nothing more than going out for a nice meal that she doesn’t have to cook herself! And is a keen reader.

Ellie
Care Coordinator

Ellie has always had a passion for looking after people and taking care of their needs.

She studied health and social care which led her into becoming a residential support worker for children. She then followed into her dads footsteps and moved into adult health and social care.

She enjoys spending her spare time with family and friends. Having a passion for cars she often visits car shows up and down the country.

Chloe
Care Supervisor

Chloe has recently joined us with a wealth and experience in Care. From working as a Live-In Care Professional to working on the front line as covid response carer during the pandemic.

Chloe is outgoing and confident and enjoys kayaking and rock climbing in her spare time! 

Zoe
Operations Manager

Zoe worked as an Activities Coordinator and studied a degree in law before joining the Bluebird Care Tonbridge & Tunbridge Wells team. Now as Operations Manager, Zoe is responsible for overseeing the outstanding service our staff provide to our customers.

She enjoys her role because of the way that she is able to work closely with our staff and takes great satisfaction from the development of her teams.

In particular, Zoe enjoys her role because of the way she knows that she is making a difference to the lives of our customers.

Tammie
Business Development Manager

Tammie has worked in Health and Social Care for almost 30 years, during this time she have been fortunate enough to work with some great people allowing her to develop and grow both personally and professionally.

A real ‘homebird’, you will normally find her in the kitchen cooking or baking, then on the sofa watching TV and enjoying her baked delights with her family!

Tammie is a proud rugby mum and you will be able to spot her at games, shouting from the side-lines ‘DRIVE IT’.

She is also a proud Mum of her two four legged friends Molly and Rolo, aswell as a cheeky Guinea pig called Charlie. With 3 boys in the house, she also spends alot of time re-stocking the kitchen!

Tammie is extremely passionate about providing the best care provision possible and is pleased to be a ‘Bluebird as well as a ‘homebird’!
