We set up in 2010 and were disheartened about the poor level of care provided in the St Albans area. We found the care was very much task based and didnt care about the individual let alone the care staff.

We have an open door policy and love our teams to come in to see us for a tea/coffee and a chat between calls, or to unload after a challenging shift. We are always there to support our team on good or bad days and on sunny days, there is always water and Icecream in the office :)
