Meet our team of care professionals

Anne Inglis
Owner & Director

Anne is responsible for the overall day to day management of our operation, and she has over 30 years experience in managing people at all levels to deliver exceptional, high quality performance. Anne is primarily motivated by always striving 'to make a difference' and is committed to delivering the highest possible standards of care for our customers whilst providing a rewarding, fulfilling and enjoyable working environment for all staff. In her spare time, Anne enjoys gardening, reading and walking her 2 dogs whenever possible.

Ian Inglis
Owner & Director

Ian has over 25 years experience in senior management positions across a wide variety of industries, is able to work effectively at all levels and is mainly concerned with ensuring that all the necessary 'back office' systems and procedures are carried out correctly thereby ensuring that Anne and her team are able to focus solely on high quality care delivery. Ian has an Economics degree and is a keen golfer and gardener in his spare time.

Cindy Inglis
Operations Director

A care professional with over 20 years’ direct experience, Cindy began her career as a carer, progressing through the ranks to manage Care Homes, whilst also being an SVQ Assessor. Cindy was our Care Manager for 4 years between 2009 and 2013 before returning to Adult Social Care with Perth & Kinross Council. Cindy has re-joined as our Operations Director and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the role. In her spare time, Cindy enjoys ski-ing, cycling, socialising with friends and family and walking her dog

Nicky Beadle
Care Manager

Nicky is our highly skilled Care Manager, with over 20 years of diverse experience in the Care Sector behind her.

She began her career with Westminster City Council progressing to Care Manager, managing a large team of care staff and customers with diverse requirements. Nicky has been with us since 2011 and is passionate about ensuring the safe and effective delivery of the highest standards of care at all times. She is also responsible for ensuring that our quality control systems are effectively operated and developed.

In her leisure time, Nicky enjoys socialising with friends and family and spending time with her 2 sons, Harry & Charlie.

Renay Clark
Deputy Care Manager

Renay has been a key member of the team at Bluebird Care since 2011, having joined us originally as a carer. Renay is very experienced having worked in the care sector for over 15 years, and has always been a favourite with customers and colleagues alike, and earned her promotion to Senior Carer. Renay deserved her further progression to Care Supervisor in 2014, then to Lead Supervisor in 2016 and is currently our Deputy Care Manager.  Renay loves her role and whilst hectic at times, she relishes the fast moving environment, and 'making a difference' each day.

Renay's personal life is also pretty hectic as she is Mother to 3 children, aged between 13 and 24. There's not enough hours in the day for Renay, but she wouldn't change it for anything!!

Zeljka Miljanic
Customer Care Manager

Zeljka joined us in 2015 with 17 years’ experience of working with customers, buyers, suppliers, marketing and PR teams in her role within the purchasing department of a large business in Zagreb. She has extensive care delivery experience, and has a natural ability to find practical solutions to challenging problems. Zeljka conducts Care Assessments within customer’s homes, providing information on our services and writing proposals and Care Plans ensuring that our customers have all the information they need at their fingertips, enabling them to make informed choices about their care.
