Meet our team of care professionals

Claire & Norman Murphy

Claire & Norman have developed a wealth of care experience and expertise through their ownership of five Bluebird Care offices:


  1. Bluebird Care Winchester, Eastleigh & Romsey (opened in 2012)
  2. Bluebird Care Alton, Bordon & Liphook (opened in 2013)
  3. Bluebird Care Andover & Stockbridge (opened in 2015)
  4. Bluebird Care Petersfield & Havant (opened in 2018)
  5. Bluebird Care Burnham, Gerrards Cross & High Wycombe (took over in 2021)


They're extremely proud that all five offices have been rated as 'outstanding' by the Care Quality Commission (CQC), with ethics and high quality standards central to the Bluebird Care way.

Norman is the Managing Director and has ultimate responsibility for the running of the business, while Claire is a Director and works on the overall company strategy.


Like many people, Norman’s first real experience of the care industry came when his father was diagnosed with dementia, and the world of care suddenly entered his family’s life. Having experienced poor standards throughout the sector, he and Claire were determined to create an outstanding rated company that people could trust to look after their loved ones.

Nicky Beadle
Registered Manager

Nicky is registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and has ultimate responsibility for the wellbeing of our customers and staff. She ensures that day-to-day services are efficient and in-line with rigorous industry compliance standards.


Nicky is passionate about recruiting the best care team and upholding our outstanding rated care services. Having been with us since 2011, Nicky is highly skilled and has over 20 years of experience in the care sector.
