John has a degree in Business Management and has many years' experience as a Senior Director and in Management roles providing high quality services to demanding clients

Victoria Webber
Director

Victoria has a BA Honours degree in Business Management and a Background in Customer service. She has a Passion for high quality service and has achieved her Level 5 Diploma in Management of Health and Social Care. Due to her passion and drive to deliver High Quality care and innovation, Victoria was recently named a finalist for the Young Franchisee of the year award at the 2017 national BFA Awards and continues to work towards building a exceptional company delivery exceptional service.

We decided to expand our services into South Lincolnshire in 2016. I felt there was a need for a high quality care service that prided themselves on innovation, high quality and the willingness to go the extra mile in any way possible. We have just been named a finalist in the Employer of the Year category at the Grantham Business Awards, and I am so very proud of the team for achieving this, especially after only a short amount of time.

Director

Yvonne worked in the child care industry for many years, including running after school activity classes. She is passionate about providing accessible good quality care to vulnerable groups.

Debbie Ferguson
Registered Nurse

Debbie Joined Bluebird Care in March 2017, her professionalism and expertise, complemented with her gentle nature and compassion really fits in with the Bluebird Care ethsos. With a background in the Military and years of experience in Nursing, Debbie uses her skills to enable the team to deliver high quality complex care to people in their own homes. Debbie delivers comprehensive training to the care staff and reasures our customers that they are in safe hands.

Harriet Webber
Recruitment Officer

Harriet has a wealth of experience in the Care Industry, which enables her to find the best Care professionals for Bluebird Care. With her enthusiasm and kind nature, Harriet supports all new staff from interview stage to end of probations, this ensures all staff are prepared for their Career journey and all customers are supported by the best care staff to meet their needs.

Robyn Daley
Accounts Coordinator

Robyn joined the team in November 2016. She has a background in accountancy and banking and is studying to become a qualified accountant. Robyn is enjoying learning about the care industry and supporting Bluebird Care customers.

Steve Watters
Administrator

After serving at sea and then in the army Steve decided to further his education so studied at Humberside College for a B.A. in Applied Social Studies. Since then he has had around forty years in various positions in industry and commerce. In 2001 he went to Carnegie College and added an M.A. in Business and Management Development. Now in the later stages of his career, although still ready for any business or commercial challenge, Steve is happy to take less strain and support his manager and the operation.

Married to Margaret and with two grown up children Steve plays drums, bass and guitar in his spare time.
