Meet our team of care professionals

Awais Siddique
Managing Director

Awais leads Bluebird Care Leeds South, and brings a range of experience in Health and Social Care and in leadership, with experience in driving a high quality service delivery.

Awais has recently set up the Leeds South branch of Bluebird Care after discovering the kind of care that we stand for, recognising that the ethos and values of Bluebird Care were very similar to his own. Awais thrives on leading a service that has an outstanding impact on our customers, and that is exactly what we aim for.

We aim to deliver the kind of care that we would want for a loved-one. I will only be satisfied with a service that is good enough for my nearest and dearest.

Our team understands the worries that family members may face when selecting care for their loved ones. We are here to support every step of that journey, from the early conversations you may have with our team on this page, to the regular conversations that our care professionals will have with you to keep you confident that your loved one is receiving the best possible care package tailored to their individual needs.

Michelle Cooper
Registered Manager

Michelle is an experienced and highly qualified Health and Social Care Manager, with many years of experience in delivering care driven by her outstanding care methods and values. 

Michelle joined Bluebird Care Leeds South as Registered Manager. Her skills and values will ensure that our customers have true person-centred care delivered at the highest quality.

Having had a first-hand experience of needing care personally, I know the importance of having someone around that you can trust. I know what outstanding care looks like, and commit to promoting this in Bluebird Care. Our team of Care Professionals deliver upon the highest standards, and we are here to make sure we always excel.

Michelle's role puts her into an excellent position to lead our team here at Bluebird Care. Michelle is qualified to deliver training, supervision, and bespoke training clinics to our teams to ensure we can follow best practice and adhere to the latest guidelines. 

Based on the needs of our customers, I run regular training sessions to support our staff to be able to perform at the best of their ability. We strive to be the best, so it is crucial that the team and I are trained to the highest standard
