Alison Baysal
Operations Manager

Alison has 19 years experience as a Domiciliary Care Manager and has been with Bluebird since January 2016.

I enjoy my job because every day is different. It’s challenging and fulfilling as you are always striving to improve practices no matter how good you are. Bluebird is a pleasant environment to work in because our team works well together. I get a sense of satisfaction knowing that I’m helping people when I go to work.

Outside of work Alison is kept busy taking her boisterous 17-month-old Labrador for walks along the beach. When she’s not out and about with friends, Alison is often engrossed in a good thriller or psychology book.

Sarah Keogh
Area Care Manager East

I am a compassionate care giver and I have spent all my working life working in the social care sector. Before becoming a care service worker, I was a volunteer Doula, where my responsibilities involved helping vulnerable women during and after pregnancy. One experience that stuck with me till date was when I solely delivered a baby in the bathroom successfully before the help arrives. That was an amazing experience that I will never forget.

I am passionate about my job and my satisfaction comes from seeing smiles on people’s face when I arrive to provide care for them. My free time is spent looking after my four lovely children whom enjoyed spending time with

I enjoy my job becasue I have the opportunity to make a difference.

Teresa Wray
Senior Area Care Manager (North/Central)

Teresa is passionate about her work. Before joining Bluebird Care in 2016, she was with the NHS. Helping others is the heart of what she does best.

Outside of work, Teresa likes to spend time with her four grown up children, three grandchildren, her dogs and friends. She loves cooking but her baking is terrible. Sundays for her is a funday when she creates time for family and friends.

In her own words "Bluebird is the best place to work as they recognise the work-life balance".

I particularly enjoy working on the company’s campaigns to end chronic loneliness and the social care crisis
