Ray Mortimer
Director

Bluebird Care Ealing is owned and managed by Ray.  He has thirty years of experience of managing teams of people and developed over the years a passion for high standards in the workplace.

Born and bred in Ealing he was introduced to the world of care when his brother-in-law was diagnosed with a terminal illness and Ray decided to devote his time to providing a high quality care service to the local population in Ealing. He is ably assisted in this by a professional and capable office team.

Vjeko ‘Jack’ Sisarica
Deputy Care Manager

I joined Bluebird Care in May 2017 as a Care Coordinator and in January 2020 I became a Deputy Care Manager. 

After 6 years of experience in Health and Social Care, I have discovered that Bluebird Care Ealing is one of the best providers in care across whole UK. I am proud to be a part of this wonderful enthusiastic team.

Our goal is always to improve and be the best at what we do and that is what I enjoy the most.

I love cooking (especially Gordon Ramsey’s recipes), tennis and good movies.

Lucy Charlton
Compliance Manager

I am Lucy and I joined the team back in 2016 as an administrator. Since joining Bluebird care I have progressed into the Compliance manager role where my duty is to ensure that our policies and procedures are followed by our wonderful staff.

 I love working for Bluebird care and am extremely proud to be part of such a lovely team of people who feel just like family.

Velichka Nikolova
Recruitment & Training Manager

Velichka joined Bluebird Care as a Care Worker, 5 years ago.  In a very short period she proved to be a fantastic care worker was promoteed to Support Supervisor/Mentor.Since then she has progressed to Training Manager.

With 12 years of experience in the care sector, having worked with various client groups ranging from Elderly, Mental health and Learning Disabilities, she is one of our most skilled experts in training delivery.
 

Velichka has a great relationships with all care workers and is always very positive and very adaptable.  Velichka loves working in care and always willing provide support wherever is needed. She is currently doing her NVQ 3.

In her spare time Velichka likes to spend time with friends, walking and travelling

Asmaa Benomar Yemlahi
Team Leader

I joined Bluebird Care in October 2017 as a care worker and in January 2018, I became one of
the Team Leaders. 


I previously worked as a healthcare assistant in a hospital and in a mental health centre.
I support our care assistants to provide excellent and person-centred customer service and I
encourage them to go the extra mile to please them.


I have always enjoyed helping and spending time with elderly people and I am really pleased
to be part of a team that is always supportive and kind.

Dean Morley
Registered Care Manager

Bluebird Care Ealing is managed by Dean. He has fifteen years of experience in health and social care, and education. Born and bred in Ealing, Dean has built a team of professional, honest and caring people who have the skills and knowledge to provide the best possible care to the local population. As the CQC registered manager the buck stops with Dean.

 He demands the best for our customers and employees alike. Dean will be the first person to visit any potential customers and risks assesses their needs, creating a care plan that allows the rest of our team to deliver the best possible service.

Dean constantly drives the business forwards and ensures that policies and procedures are followed.
