Tansy Ridler
Registered Care Manager

I have been working in care for most of my adult life and I have never felt so rewarded. Having the ability to care for people in their own homes really helps me to go home with a smile on my face every day. Since joining Bluebird Care as a Care Coordinator back in 2019, I have progressed to becoming a Registered Care Manager and have since been awarded Highly Commended at the Great British Care Awards for 'Home Care Registered Manager of the Year' after just 7 months of being registered. In early 2022, myself and the team won the 'Mental health & Dementia expertise' Award at the Home Care Awards. I am very grateful for the opportunity I have been given and feel blessed to know that I will be supporting many more people with remaining independent in their own home!

Adam Benjelloun
Care Coordinator

I am Adam and the new Care Coordinator. I previously worked in the Greenwich office as a Coordinator and had an absolutely great time. I am relatively new to the Care industry. However, in the short time I have worked here I have loved meeting new customers and all of the great carers we have!  I am really looking forward to gaining more experience in the industry and increasing my expertise in the field. The team here all work in unison and harmoniously to create a great working environment but more importantly, world class care to provide to our lovely customers.

Karen Miller
Assistant Manager / Care Supervisor

I have been working in care for about 8 years. I joined Bluebird Care as a Care Assistant and everyone was very friendly and the staff were easy to get on with. When Tansy joined Bluebird as a manager she suggested that I go forward for the Supervisor role and shortly after this I went to the office and signed the forms! I love the team I'm working with and what I love even more is the people we go to and support for the day.

Brigita Da Silver
Care Supervisor

I've been working in Bluebird Care for only around a month, but have settled in really well. All the team are are really supportive and helpful. I have over 22 years experience in Care but this is my first time being in an office setting. I love being a supervisor as I really enjoy meeting the customers and carers out in the field, but working in the office has given me a new insight into care.

Ruby Kaur
Finance Manager

I’ve been working with Bluebird Care for a year and a half, since coming back from a long break after Maternity Leave. I love how supportive everyone is and how easy it is to work in a team with everyone here at Bluebird. I graduated with a Finance degree and have worked in Finance since but this has to be my most enjoyable role. I came on board with a lot of Finance skills but I have learnt much about the care industry since and have found it particularly rewarding working in this sector - even though I work back office, I very much enjoy that I can do my bit to help our wonderful customers. I do believe that for everyone here, it more than just a job - when you’re made to feel like an important and essential member of the team, it makes it even easier to go that extra mile.
