Joanne Ali - Care Manager - Birmingham North

I am a married Mother of 2 Grown up children

My Caring career started about 20 yrs ago as a part time care assistant, over the years I have worked in both care homes and in Domiciliary care working up to management level.

I am very passionate about providing care and support for people in their own home and believe that everybody should be able to live happily, comfortable and independently in the home they love and have memories in. I am proud to be part of the Bluebird Care Birmingham East & North team as a growing business that will help and support people to remain as independent as possible and be cared for in a way that they deserve

Aging can be a challenging time for both the person who is getting older and the family who is seeing the change. With the right support compassion, kindness and skill we can help people through the process and enrich the lives of the people we support.

Since starting work at Bluebird Care back in June 2019 I have enjoyed developing relationships with both the customers that we care for and their families as well as all of the carers. I am proud to be part of a business that strives to provide the highest standard of care to the people we serve and being part of a team that are consistent in delivering a high standard of care that the customers deserve.

I would like to thank Sue and Suresh for giving me their full support and the opportunity to become the Registered Manager of Bluebird Care Birmingham East and Care Manager of Birmignam North. Also thanks to Charlotte who has worked very closely with me through a very busy time and keeping everything so well coordinated.

I look forward to seeing the business grow and taking on new challenges ensuring that the Bluebird Brand will continue to gain a High reputation with the help of all of the wonderful hard-working team of carers.
