Bluebird Care are looking for a creative, resourceful and organised individual to join their ‘outstanding rated’ team in their Mid Essex Branch (covering Chelmsford, Maldon, Billericay and the surrounding area’s) 🏢💙🐦

The role of the rostering and relationships supervisor (previously known as care coordinator) is vital to the smooth running of operations here at Bluebird Care, it involves getting to know both our care team and customers on a personal level so that you can match their interests and skill sets to create positive outcome's. As well as looking at factors such as interests and skill sets you will also need an eye for efficiency! Our care assistants love spending as much time with our customers as possible and by contrast a minimal amount of time in their car driving between visits. Therefore as well as matching customers and our care assistants on likes and interests you also need to take account of things such as area's and travel time, preferred time of care visit as well as the care assistants availability.

The successful applicant will be a people's person "someone who can sell ice to the eskimo's ❄️". They will be approachable and have an understanding for both the customers and their colleagues needs. It is essential that the rostering and relationships supervisor is a positive person with a half glass full mentality 🥂.

• supporting with sharing positive news stories for social media purposes 📲
• resolving alerts on our live care planning system 📈
• fostering positive working relationships with our caring colleague’s
• adding new customer's and care assistants to our online systems 👩‍🦽🧑‍🦯
• Ensuring the efficiency of coordination and logging of information
• assisting with our out of hours phone and supporting care visits 🧸🖼🛌
