We're seeking Support Workers to join our warm and inclusive team at Bluebird Care Mid & West Cornwall. This is an opportunity to truly enhance people's lives, to go above and beyond and ensure a favourable outcome for our clients who reside in their own homes.

We're specifically seeking experienced Support Workers, preferably with prior experience aiding individuals with learning disabilities and autism.

We're looking for individuals who are compassionate and amiable, sharing our values and possessing a positive outlook on life. You should have a desire to empower people to live independently, with as much freedom, dignity, and autonomy as possible.

Strong listening skills and a hands-on, caring approach are essential. Your role will involve enabling individuals to make choices about their lives, delivering a flexible service tailored to their needs, and always seeking the most effective approach.

This isn't just a job – you'll be assisting our clients in living independently, undertaking a variety of tasks such as budgeting, fostering independent living skills, accessing the community, facilitating social engagement, dog walking, attending health appointments, promoting wellbeing, and maintaining connections with family and friends.  Your contribution will truly make a difference.

We offer a range of care packages throughout the week and weekends. As travel is required, a Full Driving Licence and access to a reliable vehicle are essential as you will transport our customers to outings and running errands.

Current pay rates are £11.62 on weekdays, £11.82 on weekends, with an additional 50% per hour on Bank Holidays.
