Bluebird Care are looking for an Care Supervisor who has an eye for detail to join one of their award winning teams in Stamford & Peterborough (Office Branch in Stamford)

By supervising and supporting our Care Assistants you will be ensuring our customers are receiving excellent care from our well trained, competent, and compassionate team.

You will be assisting with the creation of new care plans and the reviewing of existing care plans, ensuring our customers receive the highest quality service from Bluebird Care.

You will assist in managing existing customers and bringing on new customers to help grow our business with domiciliary care visits and live in care packages.

You will supervise and guide our Care Assistants to deliver amazing care to our customers provide them with a mentor and someone to guide them in their career.

Requirements

• 2 years minimum care experience
• NVQ Level 3 or above preferred
• Right to work in the UK
• Driving license and access to a car
• Full-Time hours

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £24,000.00-£26,150.00 per year
