Care Supervisor - Brentwood

Bluebird Care Essex West are looking for a dynamic, responsive and driven individual to join their existing team.

As care supervisor you will have a varied and exciting role, you will be involved in taking initial customer enquiries, converting these enquires to assessment's and helping our care assistants provide the highest quality support.

To support the care assistants you will be mentoring them on a 1 to 1 basis, visiting them in the field as well as reviewing their work in the office. You will also visit our customer's review and up date their care plan in line with our policies and procedures. To be successful in this role you must have good communication skill's and either experience or a willingness to learn technological care systems such as the pass system.

The successful individual will have a growth mind set and enjoy the benefits of a successful care business, they will carry out their role with great care love and empathy, putting communication at the forefront of what they do.

In addition to the above to be considered for this opportunity;

• It is preferable you will have experience in health and social care but this is not essential
