We have both full-time and part-time hours available. It is essential that all of our Care Assistants hold a Full Driving Licence and have access to a reliable car. We can offer full-time Care Assistants a Bluebird Care car if they are able to offer 40 hours and above.

We support adults in the comfort of their own homes as an alternative to a care home. As a Care Assistant you will support our customers with personal care including washing & bathing, medication prompting, light domestic chores and shopping whilst importantly providing companionship.

We warmly welcome individuals who have Care Assistant and/or Support Worker experience. We have also recruited people who have previously worked as a Hotel Receptionist, Cleaner, Sales Assistant and/or Retail Assistant as they had fantastic transferable skills to become a great Healthcare Assistant.
