Work around your family commitments.

We understand how important it is to find a job that works around school runs, family life and other commitments. That's why we offer a range of shift patterns to help you find a routine that suits you.

Available shifts include:

• 9.30am–2.30pm, Monday to Friday – ideal for working during school hours.
• 8am–12pm – a shorter morning shift to fit around the rest of your day.
• 8am–2pm – a longer daytime shift for those looking for additional hours.
• 4pm to 10pm 
• Weekends

What will you be doing?

As a Care Assistant, you'll support people to live safely, comfortably and independently in their own homes.

Your day may include:

• Providing friendly companionship and a listening ear
• Helping with personal care while maintaining dignity and respect
• Preparing meals and encouraging healthy eating and hydration
• Supporting people with their daily routines and medication, following their care plans and training
• Helping with light household tasks
• Offering reassurance and helping customers feel confident and independent

What we're looking for:

You don't need previous care experience. We're looking for people who are:

• Kind, patient and compassionate
• Reliable, responsible and trustworthy
• Good at communicating and building relationships
• Confident working independently and following guidance
• Keen to learn and make a positive difference

A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential, as you'll travel between customers' homes.
