Care Assistant

Location: Brentwood

£15.50 per hour weekday / £16.50 per hour weekends / £19.75 per hour bank holidays

You must have a full UK driving licence and your own car to apply for this role.

What we’re looking for: -

As a Care Expert, you’ll be:

• Giving kind, high-quality care shaped around each person’s needs
• Helping with personal care, such as bathing and dressing
• Making sure customers are eating and drinking well
• Supporting with medication safely, including prompting and giving it
• Helping with light housework, like tidying, laundry and cleaning
• Being a friendly, familiar face your customers look forward to seeing

Essential requirements from you: -

• A full UK driving licence and access to your own car
• The right to work in the UK
• Kindness, patience and a calm approach to care
• Reliability. Our customers count on you being there
• Good communication and the ability to build positive relationships
• The ability to follow a care plan
• Care experience is welcome but not needed. We’ll give you full training

You don’t need to have worked in care before. Many of our best Care Experts came to us from retail, hospitality or raising a family. If you’re kind and reliable, we’d love to hear from you.
