Care Coordinator 
 
Location: Redbridge 

Salary from: £28,000 per annum 

Working hours: 8.30am-5pm Monday to Friday

As a Care Coordinator, you’ll help our team grow, support our colleagues, and make a real difference every day. You will ensure customers receive safe, consistent and person-centred care in their own homes, while supporting our Care Experts through efficient scheduling and clear communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain efficient rotas, ensuring care is delivered on time and in accordance with customer care plans.
  • Work with the Registered Manager to ensure appropriate staffing levels and skill mix.
  • Arrange cover for staff holidays and absences.
  • Process new customer referrals and changes to care needs promptly.
  • Support Care Experts by monitoring workloads and promoting work–life balance.
  • Match Care Experts to customers based on skills, experience, availability and preferences.
  • Be an active participant in on-call, following training and competency sign-off.
  • Maintain accurate digital and written records, including travel and incident reporting.
  • Ensure confidentiality and adherence to company policies at all times.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and external professionals to deliver exceptional homecare services.

  • Confident using digital systems
  • Team-focused and committed to delivering exceptional care
  • Experience in scheduling or care coordination is beneficial but not essential
  • Driver with access to your own car
