Key Responsibilities
As a care assistant, your duties will include:
- Delivering person-centred care tailored to individual needs and preferences.
- Assisting with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene.
- Supporting customers with meal planning, preparation, and nutrition.
- Assisting with medication administration, prescription collection, and safe disposal where appropriate.
- Carrying out light household tasks, including cleaning, laundry, and tidying.
- Providing companionship and emotional support.
- Building positive, trusting relationships with customers and their families.
- Following individual care plans and reporting any changes or concerns.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Previous care experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
