Care Assistant (Female) - Driver Required

Care Assistant (Female) – Cambridge & Villages (Driver Required)

£15.80 per hour + 35p per mile mileage

Bluebird Care Cambridge are NOT providing interviews for candidates requiring a certificate of sponsorship as part of their right to work status. 

Essential Requirements

  • Female applicants only (Schedule 9, Equality Act 2010) 
  • Full UK driving licence 
  • Access to your own car for work 
  • Ability to work as a minimum, alternate weekends (both Saturday and Sunday) 
  • Right to work in the UK - UK Passport / UK Birth Certificate / Settled Status

This role is subject to an enhanced DBS check and satisfactory references.

The Role

As a Care Assistant, you'll support customers to remain safe, independent and comfortable in their own homes.

Duties include:

  • Personal care
  • Medication support
  • Meal preparation and nutritional support
  • Companionship and emotional support
  • Promoting independence and choice
  • Accurate care documentation

You'll be part of a small local team, building meaningful relationships with the people you support and making a genuine difference to their daily lives.

No previous care experience is required as full training is provided.
