Bluebird Care Southend and Rochford has been commended at the national Stars of Social Care Awards. A standout in the Best Franchisee Award category, the Southend-based home care provider was recognised for its dedication to delivering “high[1]quality, person-centred” care. Lucy McCormack, Director at Bluebird Care Southend, said: “We are delighted to receive this commendation. “Serving the local community of Southend for over a decade has been a pleasure. This recognition is a testament to the hard work and dedication of this team.” Over the past year, Bluebird Care Southend has made significant investments in team training and support. This investment led to a record level of care visit deliveries and participation in fundraising campaigns.
