Each year, Bluebird Care UK celebrates the outstanding talent within our organisation by holding a series of awards to recognise individuals who have worked incredibly hard, gone above and beyond the call of duty or consistently performed their role to an exceptional standard. Each office can nominate staff in different categories and this year we are delighted that Bluebird Care Milton Keynes had 6 finalists shortlisted for an award (out of over 600 nominees) and 3 winners!
All finalists were invited to an awards celebration at the DoubleTree Hilton in Nottingham on 2nd July to celebrate their achievements. Ninitha was nominated for the Registered Manager and Quality Award, Yasmine for the Live-in Care Award, Nora for Customer Champion and Team Player of the Year, Sarah for the Customer Champion Award, Lucy for the Quality Award and Nadine for Team Member of the Year!
It was a fantastic day for all involved and a wonderful opportunity to celebrate the enormous passion, commitment and talent within our team. We were absolutely delighted that 3 of our team members from Bluebird Care Milton Keynes were the winners of their category. Nora won Team Player of the year, Sarah won the Customer Champion Award and Senior Carer, Lucy, won the Quality Award! These awards were all hugely well deserved and represent the hard work and all round fabulousness that these individuals demonstrate each and every day!
