You’ll be working in family homes and community settings, providing personalised support that helps each child feel safe, included, and empowered. This is a deeply rewarding role for someone with experience working with children and a genuine passion for improving lives. A full UK driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle are essential. Our care is delivered across a rural area, so reliable transport is required. Homecare Team Leader – Mid & West Cornwall Pay: £13.62 (weekdays) – £13.82 (weekends) per hour Bank Holidays: +50% uplift Hours: 30 hours per week (mix of care visits & admin time/ rota-based working) Location: Mid & West Cornwall About the Role We’re recruiting a Homecare Team Leader to support our services across Mid & West Cornwall. You’ll work closely with the Area Manager, ensuring high-quality homecare while guiding, supporting and developing a team of Homecare Assistants.
