We’re currently recruiting a Female Live-in Care Assistant to support one of our customers in Penzance. About the role This is a live-in position , where you’ll stay in the customer’s home and provide consistent, one-to-one support. Your role will help the customer live their life with dignity, independence, and companionship, while feeling safe and supported in their own home. The role follows a rolling 2 weeks on / 1 week off rota , giving you clear structure and regular time off to rest and recharge. About the customer S has quadriplegic cerebral palsy and uses a powerchair 24/7. He leads a full and active life and enjoys: Watching cricket and football Listening to music Spending time with family and friends S values his independence and is looking for a carer who will support him to continue living life to the fullest. Your responsibilities will include: Moving and positioning Personal care Supporting daily routines while encouraging independence Driving is essential , as S has a Wheelchair Accessible Vehicle (WAV) and enjoys an active social life, including evenings out and events.
