We are expanding our Complex Care TDDI Support Worker Team in St Austell and are looking for dedicated Female Support Workers to join us.

This is specialist, nurse-led complex care delivered in a customer’s own home, with full clinical oversight, structured training and extended skills development.

Important information before applying

Due to the nature of this role:

  • Applicants must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a reliable car

  • This is a female-only role (occupational requirement)

  • We are unable to offer visa sponsorship at this stage

What the role involves

You will support a female customer with complex health needs in her own home, working as part of a structured and professionally supported team.

Your responsibilities may include:

  • Delivering personal care with dignity and sensitivity

  • Supporting complex care needs under nurse-led guidance

  • Medication administration in line with care plans

  • Working closely with our clinical team to ensure safe, consistent care

  • Providing reassurance, companionship and emotional support


Clinical oversight and development

This role sits within our TDDI service, meaning:

  • Full specialist training provided from day one

  • Ongoing competency sign-off and refresher training

  • Direct nurse oversight and structured clinical supervision

  • Clear development pathways into advanced complex care skills
