We are expanding our Complex Care TDDI Support Worker Team in St Austell and are looking for dedicated Female Support Workers to join us.
This is specialist, nurse-led complex care delivered in a customer’s own home, with full clinical oversight, structured training and extended skills development.

Applicants must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a reliable car
This is a female-only role (occupational requirement)
We are unable to offer visa sponsorship at this stage

What the role involves
You will support a female customer with complex health needs in her own home, working as part of a structured and professionally supported team.
Your responsibilities may include:
Delivering personal care with dignity and sensitivity
Supporting complex care needs under nurse-led guidance
Medication administration in line with care plans
Working closely with our clinical team to ensure safe, consistent care
Providing reassurance, companionship and emotional support
Clinical oversight and development
This role sits within our TDDI service, meaning:
