Onker Bhart
Managing Director of Bluebird Care Inverclyde & Renfrewshire

Onker purchased Bluebird Care Inverclyde & Renfrewshire in 2021 following a personal tragedy of his late father. Onker felt that his father never received the quality care at home that he deserved and thought this would be a perfect opportunity to ensure other people’s loved ones don’t have to go through the same experience.

Onker has years of experience within recruitment, retail and hospitality so felt his wealth of knowledge and experience in running businesses would assist him in helping his community to stay independent in their own homes.

When he isn’t in the office, you’ll find him on the golf course or spending quality time with his family.

Jaswant Bhart
Director of Bluebird Care Inverclyde & Renfrewshire

Jaswant Bhart has recently purchased Bluebird Care Inverclyde & Renfrewshire to help support customers in the area to receive a high standard of homecare and support while remaining in the comfort and familiarity of their own homes. Delivering the highest quality of homecare and support is Jaswant's absolute goal and the team would be delighted to hear from anyone who is seeking homecare for themselves or for a loved one, or would simply like to talk to someone about the services we provide.

Making a contribution in the local community has been my personal aim.

The care that we provide has a huge impact on our customers' lives. Bluebird Care Inverclyde & Renfrewshire provides care that I would want for my own mother, father or family members.

Kirstie Stewart
Registered Care Manager

Kirstie is the Care Manager of Bluebird Care Renfrewshire & Inverclyde. She has 12 years’ experience working within the Health and Social Care environment, particularly supporting people within their own homes. She has a wealth of experience, knowledge and skills in Health and Social Care.  She has worked her way up from Care Assistant to Manager and believes that this has developed her knowledge in seeing the bigger picture in providing an individual, personalised, high-quality service in care and support.

As the Care Manager it is Kirstie’s responsibility to ensure the safe and legal delivery of service to our customers in Renfrewshire & Inverclyde and surrounding villages. We feel able to achieve this through recruiting staff who are passionate about their work, training and developing staff to be able to fulfil their roles and responsibilities and by building open professional relationships with the team, customers and in a multi agency working environment. 

Bluebird Care Renfrewshire & Inverclyde aims to provide a flexible service offering the customer the care they need in the home they love.

Marketing Executive
