Care Assistant – Part-Time & Bank Opportunities £14.00 per hour plus holiday pay | £28.00 per hour on Bank Holidays We are looking for compassionate and reliable Care Assistants to join our dedicated team, supporting elderly and vulnerable individuals to live safely and comfortably in their own homes as an alternative to residential care. This role is ideal whether you are seeking a long-term career in care or flexible work to supplement existing employment. Working Hours Part-time shifts: 7:00am – 2:00pm 4:00pm – 10:00pm Every second weekend Bank (flexible) positions also available Role Overview As a Care Assistant, you will deliver high-quality, person-centred care tailored to each individual’s needs. Care Assistant – Full Time, Part-Time & Bank Positions (Drivers with Own Car Required) £14.00 per hour + holiday pay | £28.00 per hour on Bank Holidays Important: You must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own car. Bluebird Care Inverclyde and Renfrewshire are recruiting Care Assistants who drive and own a car to provide high-quality, person-centred care to elderly and vulnerable individuals in their own homes. This is a community-based role and independent travel between client visits using your own vehicle is essential. Pay & Benefits £14.00 per hour plus holiday pay £28.00 per hour on Bank Holidays Flexible full time, part-time and bank opportunities Fully funded PVG Full induction and ongoing training Free uniform and PPE Company pension scheme Wellbeing initiatives Free parking Working Hours Full Time is on a shift pattern - 3 days on and 4 days off one week, 4 days on and 3 days off the following week - 7am start.
