We are looking for an experienced and motivated Interim Experienced Care Manager to lead our friendly and dedicated homecare team on a 6-month fixed-term contract.

This is an excellent opportunity for an established Experienced Care Manager who can provide strong leadership, maintain high standards of care, and support a well-established branch that delivers high-quality domiciliary care to private clients.

About the Role

You will be responsible for the day to day management of the branch, ensuring compliance with CQC regulations, maintaining exceptional standards of care, and supporting the team to deliver person-centred services that enable people to remain independent in their own homes.

You will work alongside an experienced office team and committed care staff who are passionate about delivering outstanding care.

What We're Looking For

We are seeking someone who:

  • Experienced Care Manager experience in domiciliary/homecare (essential).
  • Has a thorough understanding of CQC regulations and quality standards.
  • Has experience managing homecare services.
  • Demonstrates strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Is confident in maintaining compliance and driving continuous improvement.
  • Can build positive relationships with clients, families, and professionals.
  • Organised, proactive, self-sufficient.
